How should I apply?

Please send us your application with the following documents via our applicant portal:

  • Letter
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Copies of reports
  • References, if applicable
  • Earliest start date & salary requirement
     

Feel free to add a photograph to your documents.

 

When should I apply?

We are continuously updating our vacancies online. You are encouraged to apply for any vacancies advertised on our career homepage. 

Who receives my application?

Please send your application to our HR department via our applicant portal . The contact details can be found in the relevant Job advertisement.

How should I apply?

We prefer applications via our applicant portal. Please use only one file type for your documents (.pdf, .doc, .jpg, .cod / max. 10 MB). 

You are also welcome to post your application documents or hand deliver them to our reception desk. Please understand that we are unable to hold any interviews without a pre-arranged appointment. 

How can I make sure that my application has been received?

As soon as we have received your application we will send a confirmation of receipt to the mailadress given by you. Please check also your spam folder.


If you do not hear from us, please feel free to contact the HR department regarding the status of your application. 

What does the application and selection process look like?

Your application will be checked by our HR specialists together with the relevant department. If you get shortlisted then we will invite you to an interview so that we can get to know you. Depending on the job you might receive an invitation for a second interview.

Both HR and the relevant department will decide if you, the available vacancy and our company are a good match. If the decision is positive you will receive a job offer. 

Internship and Final Thesis

When should I apply?

We assign our places for Internships and Final Thesis about 3 to 6 months prior to start. We are continuously updating our job opportunities on our career homepage and you are encouraged to apply for any of the advertised vacancies.

For any internships with one of the international companies within the Uhlmann Group please apply 6 months prior to start directly with the relevant company.

How can I make sure that my application has been received?

As soon as we have received your application we will send a confirmation of receipt. If you have sent your documents by email or you have included your email address in your application you will receive all further correspondence via email.

Otherwise we will send the confirmation and any further correspondence via post.If you do not hear from us, please feel free to contact the HR department regarding the status of your application.
