A business is only attractive to excellent employees if it is recognised as a responsible employer. Our aim is to strengthen the positive image of Uhlmann by acting accordingly on a daily basis.

The recognition of each individual employee as well as the welfare of all staff creates the foundations of outstanding achievements and happy customers.

Shortly after the company was founded Uhlmann employed their first apprentices. We are proud of the fact that many of our specialists have been with us since the start of their career. We are proactively fighting the impending skills shortage and are currently training 100 young people in a variety of jobs.

For over 25 years Uhlmann has been setting standards with our flexible working time models. Balancing job and family is not just a catch-phrase but is actually practiced – 80 different working time models are proof. Nursery spaces and a holiday club for several weeks gives employed parents some piece of mind.

Today’s children are our employees of tomorrow. This is why we support educational institutions and universities through partnerships and co-operations.
